CS FOR HOUSE BILL NO. 367(JUD) am S "An Act relating to                        
limitations on outdoor advertising signs, displays, and devices and            
penalties for violations related to outdoor advertising" which had             
been held on reconsideration (page 4499) was before the Senate.                
                                                                               
Senator Frank moved that the bill be returned to second reading for            
the purpose of rescinding previous action in adopting Amendment                
No. 2.  Objections were heard.                                                 
                                                                               
The question being: "Shall CS FOR HOUSE BILL NO. 367(JUD)                      
am S be returned to second reading for the purpose of rescinding               
previous action in adopting Amendment No. 2?"  The roll was taken
